Submissions
After processing, your order will be delivered to a transport company that will do everything to ensure delivery, as quickly as possible, to the address you indicated, in complete safety.
At the same time, receive an email indicating the order code and other necessary elements so that you can track the delivery of your order.
Delivery information
Our deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday and are guaranteed by DHL, GLS or DPD, with an Express service. To ensure immediate delivery, someone must be present to sign for the package.
In case of delivery difficulties, the carrier will contact you to schedule a second delivery, or leave a postcard indicating how you can collect your order.
Please pay attention to the SMS and information you may receive from the shipping company.
Delivery time
DHL, GLS and DPD will do everything they can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee an exact number of days, but a safety interval so that you can have a more approximate estimate of when you can count on receiving your order, in the most popular destinations and in the most popular cities in those destinations. On average, we may be talking about intervals between 2 and 9 working days, depending on the geographic area and destination countries.

Shipping costs
To find out the estimated shipping costs for your order, simulate at the time of purchase in your shopping cart, as expenses associated with your order.
For orders over 50 kg, you must contact us to find the best delivery solution.
There are destinations that, due to their geographic specificity, we have not yet covered, so we regret that we cannot meet your expectations.

Insurance
All of our shipments are guaranteed by transport insurance and the value is already included in the shipping costs associated with your order.
Damaged Orders
Before dispatch, our products are carefully inspected and we are proud of the high quality standards they guarantee. However, the customer has the right to check the quantity and condition of the merchandise upon delivery. If your order shows clear signs of damage or leaks, or you detect any deficiency or missing item, we ask you to refuse an order by asking the shipping company to return it with this indication. You must alert or file a complaint with the shipping company, as well as inform Pure Brands within 7 days of delivery. If the product is not in the best condition, you still have 7 days to inform Pure Brands, so that we can proceed with sending a new shipment.
Returns and cancellations
Under our Total Satisfaction Guarantee, if the product does not fully meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days, counting from receipt of the order at your home, and we will immediately refund the amount spent.
The product must be in perfect condition and be returned, without signs of use, in the original packaging; So that we can provide you with an increasingly better service, we would greatly appreciate it if you indicated the reason for the return. Please note, however, that we will only refund the cost of returning items that were delivered in error or were defective.
Any exchange or return is subject to confirmation by Pure Brands, Lda, upon analysis of the condition of the items to be returned. After receiving the items at our facilities, we carefully analyze them and returns will only be accepted if the following requirements are met:
a) The product(s) was not used;
b) The product(s) maintains its original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete and were sent together with all the material that accompanied the original order.
